Michael Sonnenblick received his B.A. from Yale College, his J.D. from Boston University, and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University. He practiced law at Siller, Wilk and Mencher, and was involved in tax and operations at a major Wall Street bank. In addition, he has written extensively for the CCH Federal Tax Service and Thomson Reuters. Michael has represented clients in front of the IRS and in state court. He has counseled clients, both US and international, on cross-border transactions, treaty benefits, asset protection, and estate planning. Michael is a member of the New York Bar.
